Frequently Asked Questions. Not necessarily asked on this board, but asked in general.

Q: I want to be a staff member. What do I do to become one?
A: When a position opens up, apply. If you are a trusted, well-behaved, active member, you will be considered.

[ Edit- Dec 29: A minor staff job may open up soon; it will probably be just a moderator position, though. ]

Q: Can I be a vampire/werewolf/demon/gifted human?
A: Yes; just put it on your character application.

Q: If I'm a vampire/werewolf/demon, can I have a power like the Gifted Humans can?
A: You are encouraged to.

Q: Do I have to wait for my character to be approved before posting/changing my name?
A: You can change your name whenever, and you are allowed to post on all OOC (out of character, aka non-rolepley) boards before your character is approved. You can only roleplay after your character has been approved.

Q: Can my character be gay?
A: Sure. Make note of it in your character application if you want people to know.

Q: I don't want to roleplay with gay people.
A: Well then don't.

Q: Can my character be in more than one board at once?
A: Yes. As long as you can keep up with all of the roleplays your character is in.

Q: It says the 200-word rule is loosely enforced... does that mean I can get away with two sentences?
A: Absolutely not. By loosely enforced, I mean, you will not get in trouble if your post is 170 words because of writer's block.
