I tried to make them as basic as possible.

General


1. Cursing, violence, and romance are allowed. Put PG-13 or R in the title of your thread as deemed necessary. However, explicit sexual situations are not acceptable.

2. Cyber bullying is illegal. It will not be tolerated since the behavior of the members reflects on the site's image.

3. If you have an issue with another member, send a Personal Message (PM) to a staff member.

4. It is strongly encouraged that your display name be the name of your character.

5. One character per account. Feel free to make as many accounts as you can keep active.

6. Accounts inactive for a month or more may be deleted. If you are going away for however long and planning to return, it would be beneficial to announce it here so your account is not deleted in your absence.

7. No cybering. Period. Implied sex is okay.


Roleplay


1. Basic roleplay rules apply. No Powerplaying or Godmoding.

2. You may kill a character of yours if you want. You may request to have another character do it for you, or kill them somehow yourself. A "dead" account will not be deleted. Staff approval is not required, but please PM a staff member once your character has died.

3. Only one main power per person. You may have up to three "connected" powers, such as "Matthew has wings, so he can fly. He can also use his wings to create strong gusts of wind and change/retract his wings." That would be three.

4. Abandoning threads that you are a part of is strongly discouraged. At least leave a message to whoever you are roleplaying with telling them why you are leaving.

5. This is a literate to advanced forum. A general, loosely-enforced guideline is 200 words per post, not including any OOC comments.

6. See here for specifics on creating characters.

7. Past-tense and third-person are required in all IC posts.

Graphics


1. Avatars may not be more than 100x100 pixels.

2. Signature banners may not be larger than 500x200.

3. You may have any number of pictures in your signature as long as they do not exceed 500x200 when put together.

4. Celebrity and anime pictures are STRONGLY dicouraged. Yes, well-known "Scene Queens" count as celebrities.
